We are one of Australasia’s leading independent real estate training businesses. We collect and hold information that helps us find, serve and train real estate agents.
For marketing purposes we may collect information about a real estate agency either from the public domain or by contacting the agency. The only personal information we may collect is name, gender, position and contact details of the leader or key staff.
Real estate agents and staff who become our clients may disclose personal information such as financial results which is treated with utmost confidentiality unless it is given to us for the purpose of competing for an award or for publication.
Prospective employees may be asked for personal information such as employment history, marital status, date of birth, drivers licence etc which will be treated confidentially. Personal details of people who enquire about a career in real estate may be forwarded to an appropriate real estate agency.
We only gather information that is in the public domain or willingly disclosed to us. The ways we gather personal information include:
We do not use personal information for purposes outside our core purpose of providing real estate training and consultancy. We do not sell personal information. We will not provide personal information details to any third party or to any country outside Australia and New Zealand without your permission, although computerised data may be kept in cloud databases.
Please contact us if you would like to know what information we hold about you. If it is inaccurate, please tell us so we can correct it. Also contact us if you are receiving marketing materials from us that you do not want to receive.
If you have any privacy concern or question that you feel has not been adequately addressed by our staff, please contact Gary Pittard at email@example.com. Thank you.
